DOROTHY ROBERTS
VP of Hotel Operations & Development
Dorothy has over 20 years of experience in the hospitality arena.
She began the hotel industry in Sales and Marketing for Hilton Corporation after attaining a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Administration. She has been formally trained and certified in Hilton and Marriott corporate programs with IHG, Hyatt, and other brand experience. Dorothy gained insight and expertise into all areas of hospitality by also directing operations and sales departments in various venues and hotel types. Her leadership skills and team building abilities have brought her hotels to exceed high revenue goals. Dorothy has a hospitality background encompassing various locations and working with leaders of countries and fortune 100 CEO's. She has experience developing new hotels, working with PIP's (property improvement plans), contract negotiations, market segmentation, financial analysis, management structure, just to name a few areas of her vast and diverse experience. She is driven to assist hospitality companies to overcome obstacles and achieve goals.
Dorothy has received numerous awards for outstanding performance and recognition's. She likes to think "outside the box" because her experience has shown her that the hospitality business is anything but predictable. She offers professionalism, financial knowledge, hospitality expertise and dedication to all her clients.

PAUL AMORUSO
Managing Partner
As Managing Director of Oxford & Simpson Realty Services, Inc. Paul Amoruso has been active in the commercial real estate brokerage and investment industry for over 35 years. Paul is a Managing Member of Oxford Hospitality, Roslyn O-S Hotel Partners and Garden City Office Plaza. He has directed and managed a vast amount of successful hotel and commercial development projects.
Paul serves on the boards of Energeia Partnership Board of Trustees, Cold Spring Harbor Labs, Broad Hollow Bioscience Park, Tomorrow's Hope Foundation, and the University of Miami Real Estate Advisory Board. He is also the co-founder of Commercial Industrial Brokers Society of Long Island.
Paul received his bachelor's degree in business from the University of Miami and proceeded with graduate work in real estate finance at New York University.
